At Godemiche, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Godemiche account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status in real-time.
